The publication focuses on the concept of “distance” in a broad sense,
including both the physical meaning of the term and the figurative one, i.e.
detachment. The starting point is the figure of the circle, and the
fundamental geometric forms. Through a series of links, along the lines
of Ryan Gander’s Loose Associations and Other Lectures, relates
books, films and images, tracing a path capable of demonstrating the
influence of “distance” on point of view.
